Extension and Refurbishment in Edinburgh’s Haymarket
The project involved the full refurbishment of an Edinburgh villa to create a beautiful, bright home in the heart of the city centre.
The house had been used as an office and had an awkward internal layout and problems with rot, damp and stonework decay. The roof and stonework were repaired and all windows upgraded with new vacuum glazed panes. The ground floor layout was reconfigured around a new south facing garden room extension, with new kitchen, utility and bathrooms.
